Refund policy

We want you to have a happy experience with MoriMori, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can review the issue.

Once confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item sent at no extra cost (no return required)

Please note: For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, we may not be able to offer replacement shipments due to international shipping limitations. In these cases, a full refund will be issued once the damage is confirmed.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage that occurs after delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Many of our products are delicate and may be easily damaged during transit, so we take extra care in handling and packaging every order.

If your item arrives with any quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help review the situation and offer a solution where applicable.


Please Note

  • Slight variations such as small black dots, pinholes, or minor glaze differences are natural characteristics of handmade and ceramic production and are not considered defects.
  • We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for damage caused by improper use, care, or handling after delivery.
