Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.


Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: Orders with gift wrapping or custom add-ons may require an additional 1–2 business days to process.

We are unable to guarantee or accommodate specific carrier requests.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office first.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
